PERMISSION FORMS
All of the permission forms need to be completed by the participating students and their parents. The group leader must check off that everything has been properly signed and completed. Please have the forms ready when you arrive.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Please follow the payment schedule below, it will greatly assist us in
processing your group and eliminate any confusion.
$75.00 per person due shortly after reservation.
$75.00 per person due 1 month prior to arrival.
Remainder due upon arrival. Notify as soon as possible of any # changes.
