Our company was started in 1998 with Kent & Pam McIlhany.
Kent has been working in high adventure since 1990.
Education: Kent has an undergraduate Bible/Theology Degree from Bethel University, MN and Physical Education & Adventure Education Degree from Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago, IL. He completed a Masters in Curriculum & Instruction (specializing in Outdoor Education Leadership) from the University of Colorado CS.
Experience: Over 20 years of Facilitating and Guiding in Team Building, Ropes Course, Rock Climbing and Rappelling. Professional Ropes Course Builder, Trainer and Inspector since 1995. Emphasis in curriculum design and facilitation for Challenge Programs.
Currently: Kent teaches for Liberty High School, Academy School District #20 (13 years) as the Lead Rocky Mountain High Instructor during the school year
and actively promotes Adventure Education Curriculum for K-12.
Some Summer Groups Include: East White Oak Church, Il. Oshkosh Community Church, WI. Youth For Christ, CO. Colorado Challenge, MI. Community Church - Fond du lac, WI. Central Christian Church, Wichita, KS.

Family: Kent & Pam have 4 awesome boys; Andrew - 12, Connor - 10, Brandon - 5 and Nathan - 3.
Family activities include: HOCKEY!! Skiing, Mtn. Biking, Climbing, Rope Course, Hiking (especially in Estes Park), and playing football in the backyard.
